Who we are

Wrappd Out is a vehicle wrap and styling business based in Sydney, Australia. This policy explains what information we collect through wrappdout.com.au, why we collect it, and how it's handled.

Information we collect

When you submit a quote request, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle information, the service and finish you're interested in, your timeline, any message you add, and any photos you choose to upload.

If you contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation is handled through WhatsApp and subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one.

We also use website analytics, including session recordings of how visitors use the site, see "Analytics" below.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, prepare and discuss a quote, and (if you go ahead) to plan and carry out the job. If you become a customer, basic job details (vehicle, service, dates, price) may be kept in our internal job tracker so we can manage scheduling and pricing.

We don't use your information for anything beyond responding to you and, where relevant, delivering the service you've booked. We don't sell your information.

Where it's stored

Quote form submissions are sent to us by email via Resend, a third-party email delivery service. Our internal job tracker (used only by us, protected by a password) is stored in a hosted database provided by Neon. The website itself is hosted on Vercel.

None of your personal information is publicly visible on the site.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they view. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't collect personally identifiable information. It just gives us aggregate numbers like page views and general location (country/region level).

We also use PostHog, which additionally records sessions, showing us how visitors click, scroll and move through the site, so we can find and fix parts of the site that are confusing or not working well. PostHog uses cookies or similar browser storage to recognise repeat visits from the same device.

How long we keep it

We keep quote enquiries and job records for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, complete any work, and meet our own record-keeping needs (for example, for tax purposes). If you'd like us to delete your information sooner, contact us and we will, unless we're required to keep it for a legal or accounting reason.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Get in touch using the details below and we'll sort it out promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as the site or our processes change. The current version always applies.
