Who these terms apply to

These terms apply whenever you request a quote from, or book a service with, Wrappd Out ("we", "us"), a mobile vehicle wrap and paint protection film business operating across Sydney. By booking a job with us, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes given before we've seen your vehicle in person (including anything on this site or sent by message) are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price is confirmed once we've inspected your vehicle and agreed on the scope of work, before any job starts.

All prices are in Australian dollars. Extra work outside the agreed scope, such as fixing pre-existing panel damage before a wrap can be applied, will be quoted separately and agreed with you first.

Bookings and deposits

We may ask for a deposit to secure a booking date, with the balance due on completion. We'll confirm whether a deposit applies and how much when we lock in your job.

Because we're a mobile service, please make sure the agreed location has reasonable access, power, and weather protection (undercover if possible). If the location isn't workable when we arrive, we may need to reschedule.

Cancellations and rescheduling

We understand plans change. Let us know as early as you can if you need to reschedule or cancel. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or no-show with less than 48 hours' notice, since we've already held that time and sourced materials for your job. With more notice than that, we're happy to move your deposit to a new date instead.

Vehicle condition and pre-existing damage

Please tell us about any pre-existing paint damage, rust, prior repairs, or aftermarket modifications on your vehicle before we start. Vinyl wrap and PPF are applied over your existing paintwork, they don't fix underlying paint or panel issues, and can make some pre-existing damage more visible once applied.

We'll flag anything we notice during our pre-job inspection, but we're not responsible for pre-existing damage or for damage that pre-existing paint issues (such as poor previous repairs, rust, or unrepaired panel damage) may contribute to during or after installation.

Workmanship and materials

Our workmanship warranty covers lifting edges and panel or installation issues arising from how the wrap or PPF was applied. It doesn't cover damage caused by you or a third party after the job, such as accidents, improper care, or further modifications. If you raise a concern, we'll assess the vehicle first to determine the cause before confirming whether it's covered.

Film materials themselves are also covered by the manufacturer's own warranty, which we'll pass on the details of for your specific job.

Caring for your wrap or PPF

We'll talk you through care instructions specific to your finish when the job's done, things like curing time before washing and avoiding high-pressure water directly on edges. Following this care guidance is part of what keeps your warranty valid.

Photos of completed work

We may photograph completed jobs for our own portfolio and marketing (our website, Instagram, and similar), showing the vehicle and finished work rather than any personal information. If you'd rather we didn't use photos of your job, just let us know before or during the job and we won't.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability for any issue with our services is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the amount paid for it, whichever we choose.

Payment

Final payment is due on completion of the job unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. We'll confirm accepted payment methods when we book your job in.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as our processes change. The version current at the time you book applies to that job.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
